4. When the injection moulding machine stops low-speed operation, excess flow flows back to the fuel tank through the relief valve, which constitutes a great loss of energy. The frequency converter can adjust the speed of the motor according to the command of the control system, so that the flow rate of the hydraulic oil output from the vane pump can be changed according to the speed of the injection moulding machine, which reduces the energy consumption of the hydraulic oil flowing back to the tank from the relief valve, and consequently saves a lot of electric energy.
