At present, in order to prevent the impact on urban residents'water use, it is not allowed to install domestic and production pumps directly in municipal pipeline network. In order to solve the problem that water supply equipment can be connected in series in municipal water supply network without negative pressure, and not affect other users'water use, it is necessary to add flow controller, chamber stabilized voltage compensation tank and so on between pump inlet and municipal water supply network. Flow controller monitors the pressure of municipal water supply network at all times. While guaranteeing that the municipal pipeline network does not generate negative pressure, it can also make full use of the original pressure of the municipal pipeline network. At this time, it is necessary to use the non-negative pressure water supply system.

While guaranteeing that the municipal pipeline network does not generate negative pressure, it can also make full use of the original pressure of the municipal pipeline network. At this time, it is necessary to use the non-negative pressure water supply system.
When the municipal pipeline tap water enters the regulating tank at a certain pressure, the air in the pressure stabilization compensation tank is discharged through the vacuum eliminator, and when the water is filled, the vacuum eliminator closes automatically. When tap water can meet the requirements of water pressure and quantity, water supply equipment directly supplies water to the water network through by-pass check valve; when the pressure of the water network can not meet the requirements of water use, the system will start the operation of the pump through pressure sensors, pressure controllers, and electrical contact pressure meters.
Frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system is mainly composed of PLC control unit, frequency converter, pump motor, water supply network, water storage tank and pressure sensor, as shown in the following figure.
Constant pressure water supply pumping station uses multiple pumps and motors, which can be put into operation according to water consumption. Therefore, the power of a single pump motor is not large, and there are backup pumps in the system for non-stop maintenance. The running quantity of pump is controlled by PLC, and the speed of motor is controlled by frequency converter to meet the demand of different water consumption.
Pressure sensor is one of the main fittings in non-negative pressure water supply equipment and frequency conversion constant pressure water supply equipment. It is upgraded from the original remote pressure gauge to pressure sensor. The former remote pressure gauge not only makes the whole water supply system unstable, but also often needs to be replaced, thus increasing the cost of after-sales service. The use of pressure sensor can not only solve the problem of unstable water supply, but also solve the problem of unstable water supply. Not easy to damage, at the same time, it also reduces after-sales costs.
The high sensitivity pressure switch or pressure sensor installed in the water supply network can detect the pressure change of the water supply network when the water consumption changes, and continuously transmit the change signal to the microcomputer. According to different operating conditions, the compensation amount is dynamically controlled to achieve dynamic pressure balance and ensure constant pressure of water supply network to meet the user's water demand.
In fact, the pressure sensor can be divided into pressure sensor and pressure transmitter according to the output signal and whether the amplifier circuit is installed in the body. At the same time, according to whether it can measure corrosive medium and adapt to harsh environment, it can be divided into general type and isolation type. According to different signals, it can be divided into current type pressure sensor: generally 4 to 20 mA; and voltage signal type pressure sensor: 0 to 12V.
